Cheap and well located hotel, beside the big funfair and most helpfully a couple of minutes to St Pauli subway, from there centre of town is minutes away, or the river. Would recommend it for low cost but maybe book well in advance.

This new improved Ibis Budget hotel is excellent value for money. Reception staff here are usually well above the standard one expects from a budget hotel. Peripheral services, such as drinks & snacks machines and free internet in reception are also fine. I can highly recommended thie one in all respects.
