this hotel is brilliant, location fantastic, room was beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. i love this place and have stayed here about 6 times and in fact have booked for december - which is great in hamburg. bank holiday weekend in august is also lovley - especially for the Alsta Festival. i can not reccommend this... more
