Budget hotel with good quality/price ratio. Rooms are essential but recently renewed; nothing is missing and everything worked fine. Good location, not noisy, at walking at distance to the center, parking and restaurant facilities nearby. Personnel kind and helpful. Internet connection is slow but sufficient and free. I come there often for business reasons, I know what I get.

No air conditoning or kettle. this was a big dissapointment as air conditoning was needed as very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. When air conditoning was asked for was told it was broken. The hotel saff were very pleasent and helpfull.

Hotel is true to its name: Budget! But budget does not neccesarily mean less convenience. Rooms are small but very clean and most important, they are practical. Our saty in Darmstadt was globally ok. It were very nice and renovated rooms However the location was a bit out of the way in the roundabouts The price was a bit higher comparing to the hotel in which we stayed during our trip at te beginning (Stuttgart)

When I arrived the automated check-in machine booked me a smoking room despite having stated my non-smoking preference when I made the booking.
