Yes this is a reasonably priced hotel, possibly suited to a budget traveler, but for the average holiday maker / transfer / stop over tourist, I think it would be worth paying a few Euro more for something more reasonable (we moved to the Marriot) rather than return to this hotel on our way back via Frankfurt. We stayed at the National hotel just as an overnight stop on our way to Zurich. It's about 1-2 blocks from the central station, an easy walk across the street. The hotel was quiet and very clean.
