I thought it was extremely overpriced. The bed was horrible, it was just two single mattress shoved together with nothing connecting them (you could feel the border going around each mattress like a knot in the bed) and it didn't even have a mattress cover, disgusting! This was my fourth time staying here. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great bed, great bathroom, lots of tv channels, quiet, etc. My problem comes from the poor service and poor management in the Pacific Colors restaurant. Firstly the hotel location is excellent, it is very central which meant we could walk to Christmas Market within 10mins and to the main shopping streets. The room was very cramped (as expected in any European hotel) but the main problem was the hotel did not provide with any room slippers inspite of the cold marble flooring. No newspapers in the morning etc. Expect much more from a Hilton !! more

Spent 5 nights in this very good hotel on biz trip and it did not disappoint. Huge soaring inner atrium with glass panel walkways (although for me personally I get vertigo so it was challenging getting to my room without feeling dizzy!) Superb corner room with panoramic windows and great city views as well as Taunus hills view in distance.... more
