Ill mannered housekeeper, a simple request for an invoice was not issued for my 4 nights of stay there even after few requests. Will greet you with a ferocious face if you were to ask for help after 8pm. Poor security, halfway through a particular night, someone tried to force open my door twice. Hotel isn't Terrible, but don't make the mistake of expecting service or help. We accidentally left a jacket in the room. We still don't have it back. Every time we call we are assured it is there but they can't send it to switzerland (it's been well over a month) or they want money to send it but can't figure... more
