Staying at the Zum Baren Hotel was extra special. From the moment we were met in reception to our farewell three days later we were treated so well. Our room was lovely, great shower and the Restaurant and meals served were beautiful. The lovely family who run this Hotel are to be congratulated. Thankyou for our gift of a "bear" that now takes pride of place in our home. Great memories, hope to return one day.

I have been travelling to Rudesheim for about 15 years - mostly to visit the town's wine festival in August - and I have tried most of the hotels.Zum Baren is almost unique in being family-run and just off the sometimes noisy town centre.The Willig family has owned the hotel for many years and treat their visitors like welcome guests.The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant food is good. more
