This hotel is very conveniently located immediately adjacent to the downtown pedestrian mall. Plenty of dining options within a five minute walk from the hotel. I booked directly with the hotel. I loved this hotel from the moment I stepped into its charming, wittily-designed lobby with a cool long bar and clever touches everywhere, like a ring of green apples around the top of a planter and scads of vases on a console table, each with but one flower. Excellent location within the city. Excellent staff & comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet very good as well as dinner. Close to many good places to eat & see. Windows electrically interlocked with heating/air conditioning function. Could use a little better control over room temperature. Bar staff first rate. I will stay there again. more
