“Standard city hotel in central downtown”

The location is convinient in the middle of Braunschweig downtown. The reception area and the breakfast room are newly renovated, but the rooms are still lacking behind. The room was quiet but the view directly onto the windows of the other rooms and they are quite small.

“Good smell”

I spent 5 days in this hotel and liked very much, modern decoration, room with good size and clean. Good breakfast and just in the center of the city. I only didnt like the shower, first of all the terrible bathtube, without courtain so is mass. Hotels should avoid to install bathtubes, dangerous and desnecessary

“Fabulous location, comfortable stay”

Easy to get to from the main train station by taxi...not walking distance. Location is great, as this hotel is in the old city center area. Short walk to many great restaurants, shopping etc. Tourist sites are also nearby. Staff was wonderful. Great experience overall.

“Functional business hotel with quiet rooms and comfortable beds”

Fast and efficient check in was welcome as I was tired and in a hurry to change. Bed was comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. The bar was well staffed in the late evening and the franzikaner beer on tap was excellent. Checkout also prompt. Perfect for the business traveller.

“Minimal design - excellent restaurant and breakfast”

I arrived in Braunschweig late afternoon from Hauptbahnhoff Berlin with the Berlin-Munchen ICE and quickly took a taxi to Mevenpick center city as the cold got stronger in Lower Saxony. “Swiss perfection in central Braunschweig”

In the middle of downtown Braunschweig you find this business hotel, where I am a regular guest. The rooms are always clean and very functional. The staff is polite and efficient, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. I am still missing a fitness room and free wifi. With that it would have been a top score.

“Very clean Spartan room”

I spend 1 night at the Moewenpick Braunschweig. The check-in desk was exellent with no lines and fast, efficient staff. The room was large, spotless but Spartan with a 1970's feel to it.
