I have stayed at a number of hotels in Goettingen over the years. Hotel Zum Stresemann offers the best level of personable service that I've seen... perhaps anywhere. While the hotel itself is reasonably simple on a standard service level, the owner and staff will go out of their way to help with serivce and amenity requests. It was like staying with family (in a good way). The included breakfast is really top notch. more
