Stayed here for a total of four weeks whilst working in Hannover in March and April. The hotel is simple, basic but very clean and fits the bill if you do not want to pay for luxury.

Most of the rooms are quite small, en suite and have single beds. There is no internet access except through the telephone line and that is incredibly slow.

The hotel restaurant (Max'es) is pretty good but there are some good restaurants in the area so you are not limited. Especially recommended is the Turkish run restaurant further along the Walsroder. I can't remember the name but its the modern one which is always busy. I must have ate there every day!

The tram to and from Hannover city centre is very handy, cheap and frequent. more
