I stayed for 4 nights for a business event at the exhibition centre, so this was a fairly convenient hotel. The staff throughout were very friendly & helpful when I needed to have some photocopying done, borrow a stapler etc! Stayed there for 5 nights in November. Hotel was friendly at reception and breakfast. Upon recommendation from the reception, bought an internet card for wireless connection in the room. Room was clean, basic and without much surprise. Bed is nice and firm, lighting was rather dark. Bathroom was OK but the shower curtain has an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was good... more

This hotel was not quite easy to locate when we arrived in Hannover by car and we had to drive around the block several times before we found the right backstreet for the hotel garage. Safe parking in a multi-storey garage and for the rest of our stay in Hannover we had an easy 5-10 minute walk into the city... more
