We only stayed 2 nights this 1st time, but will be back again (and again). Lovely warm comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff and a tasty breakfast freshly cooked to order. The location is ideal for our needs, so we'll be back here on future visits to The Wirral.

My dog and I stayed two nights (February 2013) in one of the dog-friendly rooms located conveniently next to the exit to the garden. The hotel is lovely -- friendly staff, an immaculate room, spacious and comfortable public areas (lounge and dining room), and a "full English" breakfast that is one of the best I've ever enjoyed.
