This is really a business hotel but everything was there and clean. The restaurant offered a good buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only thing that let the place down really was the night time reception staff. I had forgotten my toothpaste and asked for some at reception. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were excellent very efficient and always helpful. Location wise bang in the centre of Bochum opposite the Train station, so no need for a car. Loads of bar etc within 5 minutes walk, and the restaurant breakfast is very nice as well. more

Went to fair in Essen and all the area was overcrowded. Found some free rooms at Park Inn hotel. I got very nice room (#1303), big room, clean, quiet, friendly staff. I felt really comfortable in this 4 stars hotel in the city center of Bochum: Very nice, clean, spacious rooms, no noise at all (except the rain on my windows) and reasonable prices. The visit of the restaurant was a very positive surprise. more

We stayed in this hotel on a business trip for three nights. The hotel is fine but a business hotel only with not much sport facilities. Rooms are clean but basic. Food is good and hotel staff friendly and they speak english. Located next to main train station and a short walk from local pubs and restuarants in an area... more
