Stayed for 1 night in June 07. Single room was quite small (room 41), bathroom was tiny. Had some issues getting the room fan to work (since there is no air-con), Ive a degree in Electronic Engineering but I couldnt get the fan to work. paid top price over euro 130 & the room was tiny,tiny tiny I mean tiny. opening case that is a trolley dolly type one end touched the door the other the bed. Entry in the shower was a tight move, only 30cm to get in, This room is 31 avoid. at 59 the ibis is over the road. more

This place is a gem. Beautiful gilted mirrors, delicate glass chandeliers, marble bathrooms, velvet bedspreads. The staff were wonderful, the breakfasts were marvelous. Only possible downside? The hotel isn't in the middle of the city, but in a semi-residential area about a 10 minute walk from the city center. more
