For a hotel trading on a name for quality I was hugely disappointed. The room, when I finally got it stank of stale cigarette smoke (and that's me saying that as a smoker) the restaurant was lacklustre. The staff were trying hard but I expected a more professional service. Try somewhere else. more

I stayed there 6 nights over two stays and not only did they hold my bag, it was waiting for me in my room, when I returned after two nights away. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice bathroooms, great breakfast (not inexpensive!), and a friendly and competent staff. I'm in Bonn quite often, and this is my new hotel there! more

We stayed at the Bonn Hilton for 1 week while visiting our daughter who is attending the university. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. The staff in every department were friendly and helpful. Their English was excellent as our German was minimal at best. We would go back in a minute! more
