Arrived 0900 hr but only able to check in after 1400 hr. To our dismay, not given a high floor as requested, instead at 5th floor and NEXT to the lift! I really liked the Pullman. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a small business center in the lobby with 3 computers/printers that may be used free of charge for 1 hour at a time. The view of Dom Cathedral was great. I picked the Pullman based on a review from Trip Advisor and I wasn't disappointed. The rooms were very clean and smartly designed. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in, and the comfortors were light and fluffy. We stayed at the Pullman for 3 nights in July 2009 and were very impressed. If you prefer unique, quirky, indiviual hotels it won't be too your liking, but everything about the hotel was of a very high standard.
