The location was great. Yes, the construction is a bit crazy, so you have to decide whether you want a room with a view and noise or something a bit quieter. I chose the view in the end! Stayed recently for two nights during a trade fair in Cologne as i couldnt stay at the Radisson. I must say that all the public spaces are great and the staff are all fantastic but on the downside the rooms are very small so if you do stay try not to pack too much as your luggage may not fit... more
