Very good hotel at a decent price (parking & internet are extra though), excellent access to A3 highway. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, rooms are compact but good. Try to avoid smoker rooms, the staff tries to push you into them even if you reserved a non-smoking room.

I have used this hotel a couple of times now when attending trade shows at the Messe and it is a decent choice given their relatively low room rates. Staff are professional and helpful and breakfast is pretty good. Never had a problem ordering a taxi through the front desk. Rooms are clean but strictly functional.

Have stayed here twice now and have been impressed on both occasions. Complimentary breakfast is very good and breakfast staff, particularly one lady are very pleasant. Reception staff pleasant enough but didn't ask if we had a good stay etc. we will most definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cologne.

Nothing fancy about this hotel. Basic breakfast, basic room, basic holiday inn. Staff was VERY friendly, location was great for taking the trolley to downtown Cologne for the Christmas market. Cheap, acceptable and good for our 1 night in Cologne. Would stay there again and highly recommend!

I spent a weekend in Köln at this hotel, located in the town district Mülheim. The hotel is at a large main road, 5-10 minutes walk from the tram, which takes you downtown in about 20 minutes.
