Staying in Cologne during ISM (big sweet fair). All the chain hotels full or charging>250 euro per night, so went for Hopper hotel @ eur 145. Fairly easy to get to, but really not suited for a business stay - small badly laid out room with only a small 'desk' which was at an angle - everything rolled off.... more
