I have stayed in this hotel for four consecutive years in December for 4-6 nights for the Christmas markets. I found the staff to be extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The room itself is just what we wanted - overlooking the Hohe Strasse. I know some people might find it noisy but that is only if you open the windows.... more

We stayed for a lenght of time there, the staff was great. The breakfast was good. The location was very convienient. My advise is not to get a room at the front of the hotel as it is on a very busy street with lots of noise. We were moved to the back of the hotel it was much better.... more
