A very good hotel with easy access to Airport and Main town via tram.
The Airconditioning was not working and the rooms were very warm. You could not open the windows as the Hotel is on the main 6 lane carriageway and was extremely noisey!
The room brochure said you can order Tea or Coffee 24 hrs a day, but when we ordered coffee in the afternoon in the foyer we were charged for it. We were then informed that if you wanted the 24hr service, they would supply you with a kettle and drinks which you can make yourself. Make sure you ask for the kettle and drinks on arrival!
The staff were excellent and so was the food. There are several good restuarants in the area, and I would reccomend the Haus Nussbaum in Nussbaum Veg (Balkan) and the Haus Grube (Traditional) on the Brakler Hellveg.
This Hotel was picked as it was the nearest to friends house.
