We were a group of three people who stood in sport hotel. We asked for 3 very early cold packed breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning. We paid for it but as nobody was there over night, not even in the morning, they did not bother to prepare the food for us.
Shame on you!!! Some of German services ar ok some of them sucks here too. Stupid system! more
