The Hotel Bahn is ideally situated to explore Dusseldorf. It is a two minute walk from Dusseldorf's main railway station and a ten minute stroll into the city to the shopping centre and Christmas Markets.

We have stayed here many times and found the hotel to be reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. We have always found Mr Marconi or a member of his team helpful. The rooms are a good size and the buffet breakfast is more than adequate to set you up for the day.

The train journey from Dusseldorf airport is about 20 minutes to Dusseldorf's central station, from there it is an easy two minute walk to the hotel.

The large Christmas Market in Dusseldorf has a great atmosphere, lots of stalls selling various christmas decorations, delicious hot food and of course gluhvein - great for keeping out the cold! If you want to go a little further afield then take the half hour train journey to Cologne or further on down the railway line is the former West German... more
