we have just stayed here for a weekend break, hotel lovely and modern, the room was very nice, and spotless, only problem with the room was there wasnt any tea and coffee making facilities. We didnt find the staff very friendly on check in and check out, an felt they werent very helpful.

once they will sort out the service, it will be a good choice, quiet, nice, modern, good location and nice and clear rooms; both check in and check out was just not as it should be: check in not friendly, inefficient and lengthy. checkout: too many people (line of 20+) and only 2 staff (at least they were nice)

Spent three nights in March for business. Hotel is in a nice quiet location, walking distance to the old city. Only a few minutes walk to the subway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All spoke English. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, a lot of selection of hot and cold dishes.

I've been there twice for business, it's a nice hotel with a modern touch. The rooms were large enough, airy and well kept - the carpets on the florrs are decaying though, hopefully to be replaced soon - it gives the place an unwarranted shabby look. The taxi booth outside only holds 2 or 3 cabs though - busy morning... More

We've been in Düsseldorf 10 times the passed three years and the last 9 times we stayed at this hotel. :) Need I say more? Yes? Okay: the rooms are nice, breakfast is wonderful, free sauna, it's close to Altstadt, only 7-8 minutes walk to Köningsallee.. ! We'll be back ;)
