I arrived at 12.00 and was allowed to check in immediately. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble. If you need to stay close to Dusseldorf airport, the Sheraton's location is ideal. The hotel is quite nice, with all the usual comforts. However the rooms look a little tired. more

Hotel was good. I stayed there a night before an important business meeting. Very quite (you don't here anything from the airport) and comfortable rooms so you can wake up really relaxed not as some other so called airport hotels around there. Quite hard to get to the hotel entrance - signing is fine, but it´s horrible streets/ traffic lights all over....anyway. As soon as you are in, all is fine: nice staff, good rooms and the best: you even don´t feel as if you would be in an airport.! more
