We stayed at the Nikko with our two young children over the weekend. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes to the shopping area and old town. We stayed in the Hotel Nikko as a night away for my Partners birthday and were so relaxed afrerwards, we didn't want to leave! The staff are very friendly and speak many languages between them, so was easy to communicate. this is a nice business hotel, but not the best there is. i think you pay too much for what you get. we had a great weekend, location is nice, rooms look nice, and there is a spa. more

I have stayed at this hotel several times. First advantage is that it is in walking distance to the train station. The receptionists are very friendly and efficient. The lobby area has ample seating space, something lacking in many hotels. The room was is of reasonable size and well furnished. I liked the large writing area to place my laptop.... more
