Had to stay at this hotel due to a flight being cancelled... very good service at the desk when we arrived late and even the restaurant was still open until 10.30 and very good service again.. food average. Executive room has free minibar. Only softdrinks and something to nibble. As a priority club member i recieved bottle of mineral water and fresh fruit. No newspaper. The hotel itself can be quite crowded, as it is the case with most hotels in the Duesseldorf area during exhibition fairs. It's a rather large building, although it's only 1 floor high. Worth considering if you only need a basic room for an overnight stay. Exec room on 2nd floor overlooked a small courtyard and another part of the building. In-room safe didn't work. Expect some daytime noise because rooms are being refurbished. Dinner in Terra Mia restaurant was ok. Staff were welcoming and friendly. more
