The Batavia is a very good value hotel within easy walking distance of the station and the Altstatd. The staff are very polite and helpful and the rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is a simple buffet with limited hot food, but is perfectly adequate. Overall, the Batavia represents excellent value for money. More

I was happy about this hotel. The room was very good and had a good size. The locations is great, too, and very central. Didnt see any evidence that the area is more dodgy than others. Oh, and yes, the elevator is very small but it's not a thing that should keep you away from here! More
