we stayed at the gildors hotel in dusseldorf.we were very pleased with all aspects of the hotel.it was spotlessly clean,the staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was very good with a varied choice of food.we would definitely stay there again.dusseldorf itself was good,although it has limited tourist attractions.a trip to the top of the rheinturm tower is a must and a tour around the old town was also very interesting.there is also some excellent food beer and wine available everywhere.it also has the best shopping we have ever seen especially for clothes and luxury goods,the konigsallee is just unbelievable.
