Good hotel and good services. The computer and printer facilities in the reception are very handy for printing boarding cards and last-minute documents. The business package (breakfast+internet) is very handy too. The hotel is close to the railway station and this makes it in the ideal position to get both downtown to the airport.

Don't let the exterior of the hotel fool you. It looks run down but it is not. The lobby is modern and clean. The rooms are small, quiet and comfortable. How can I hotel still charge full price with clear plastic on the corridors and building dust everywhere. -Worst of all.... No hot water in the morning. Best part is easy access to the E34 motorway.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, food was ample and good. Elevator and one of the computers was broken down and staff were not particularly helpful - probably stressed. Very good for Duisburg city centre.
