Visiting Dusseldorf so decided to stay here with friends. Same as most Etap's, basic but comfortable. Good location to travel into Dusseldorf - 4 euros on fast train. Dusseldorf was fantastic and well worth the visit. Rooms ok for whay you pay but I cannot think of any reason why anyone would stay here other than looking for a cheap... more

My family (wife and three kids, 7, 5, 3) always choose Etap hotels since they have been welcoming to families. When I checked-in to the Etap in Duisburg and said that I had the kids with me, the guy almost flipped and forced me to buy a second room. Kids always stay free at Etap, but God forbid you have... more

There was something about this hotel, and it wasn't just the free WiFi Internet access, that made our brief stay here more pleasant than we expected. Breakfast was also good. Great selection of bars and restaurants alongside the canal a few hundred yards away. Ask receptionist for directions. more

Stayed here while watching my football team Manchester City play against Schalke in the UEFA Cup. Booked 4 rooms for myself and friends. Easy to find, decent location, excellent Greek restaurant within walking distance. Plenty of bars around the wharfs on the Ruhr, also within walking distance. Rooms are compact as always in ETAP hotels, parking a minibus wasn't easy,... more
