Have stayed four times in this wonderful clean B & B to be near dear friends in Essen-Kettwieg. They first recommended it and we would stay nowhere else. Rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is wonderful with nice selection of meats, cheese, breads, fruit etc. They also serve great dinners and we have had group celebrations there with our friends several times. We are going to be in Germny in November and came online to make a new reservation. Do not know exact dates of visits but all were equally fine. Also very secure with locked outside door and adequate parking. Lots of locals are there in the evening for beer and dinner. The surroundings are beautiful, woodsy and close enough to walk across the Ruhr to the little town of Kettwig. We love it!
