The hotel is rather basic ( no hairdryer, ladies), but very clean. I stayed in a single occupancy room with a twin bed, which had a very firm mattress. Normally I prefer to sleep on a softer surface, but this bed didn't make me uncomfortable. The room was very small and simply decorated- functional modern furniture, white-painted walls, a couple of prints. It had a walk-in shower. The hotel had a bit of a dorm feel. What makes me rate my stay above average is the perfect location ( a block from the main train station, a block form the Promenade, a nice short walk from all the attractions). Continental breakfast was included and was very tasty ( the bread was amazing!). The owner and all the staff were extremely nice and helpful. My friends were to check-out very early in the morning before breakfast, and the owner offered to pack something to eat for them so that they wouldn't be hungry on the road. Nice touch.
