I spent 6 nights here. It is a comfortable and pleasant hotel, located in the city centre. My room had a lovely view of the cathedral. It was a well appointed room. The breakfast was very good. I have been to a few hotels in Germany were the staff have been less than welcoming or helpful. Not the case here. All the staff were friendly and full of smiles. Stayed 3 nights, bed only basis. Very clean, big rooms, excellent en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. Had breakfast in hotel twice - more than ok.
