I'm traveling with my sons who are 11 and 12. We are staying at the B&B Hotel, Koblenz, right now. We are booked for 3 nights and it's been a great experience so far. Booked w/ booking.com which made it look like I saved a bunch of money, but in fact we're paying the advertised rate of 66 Euros per night for a family room. It has a double bed and bunkbeds. This hotel is brand new and is obviously very clean. The parking lot and surrounding area are still torn up with construction, but it hasn't been a problem. Our room faces the B9 Autobahn and the train tracks, but I can honestly say we don't hear anything.
The room is a bit small but is well set up and has a decent sized shower for a European hotel. We'd have more room if we weren't traveling for a month and had loads of luggage...
