Used this hotel as base during fifa world cup in June for seven nights. Nothing fancy, but very clean rooms (one person to a room), excellent friendly multi-lingual staff, and a good buffet beakfast.
Location was superb, right in the city centre - but the noise at the front of the hotel was pretty disruptive as there's no AC and the windows had to be left open. But we changed to the back of the hotel (i had requested quiet rooms in the reservation) after first night, without any hassle - they moved all luggage etc - and it was fine.
Very reasonable for the money and free internet access in the lobby. Parking was a bit tight - we had a Merc Vito van though. people carriers / big cars won't have any problem.
Koblenz is a really nice city - a great base for tourism in the region.
