We arrived late at night without booking, and the proprietors were extremely helpful in finding us a room, even though they had a group arriving. The rooms were clean, bright, spacious and the beds comfortable. There is an excellent hotel restaurant, and breakfast was first class. I was afraid that the bill would be high for such accommodation, but it was reasonable (79 Euros per night per person). Wireless available at no extra cost. Situated outside Koblenz, in a little village with old fashioned timber houses. Attractive setting. Went on refreshed, best of all boutique hotels I've stayed in in Germany (and I've stayed in lots!). more
