Wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a really nicely set out room (19) which was on the ground floor in the courtyard. We received excellent service from all the staff and I found their english to be very good compared to some other hotels I have stayed at previously in Germany.....The hotel is easy to find and well connected with Koblenz. The centre is reachable either on foot in around maybe 20 minutes walking which takes you over the river or a quick drive to the Lohr centre.

We used all the facilities including the excellent schillers restaurant where we found the food to be of a high quality and well presented haute cuisine.

The room had a clean bathroom with shower and the quality of the housekeeping was very good......

I rarely award 5*'s in my reviews, but this well run and welcoming hotel deserves it...... more
