We stayed at this hotel as part of our Trafalgar tour of Europe. The hotel was not the nicest hotel we have been to, but it was close to the waterfront (a short walk). It was clean and safe, and that is all that mattered for the night.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice service, especially free Internet wifi is very useful for business. Breakfast is just ok. No great variety. Overall, I suggest to consider this hotel for your stay in Ludwigshafen!

Stayed at this hotel recently as part of a Trafalgar Tour. Room was at back of hotel. No airconditioning and had to open window. Lots of noise from the hotel kitchen. At dinnertime (included in cost of tour) the staff served us in a very robotic manner. No smiles. Hotel overall was average.

After a long day of touring, we checked in and found our room to be stifling hot. No air conditioning was available, and so we opened the windows and moved our mattresses to a spot under the window! This was unfortunate as other factors, such as cleanliness and service were fine.
