The hotel is surrounded by tower blocks and is basic to say the least. Area is safe but reminiscent of seventies public housing area. It is useful if you need to visit the zdf television centre but is 18 euros from Mainz by cab.

Rooms are basic but clean (although some damp in the corner of mine) service reasonable although they did not manage to come up with an iron to use in two days. more
