Staff is nice and helpfull, but the managemant should consider the following: - it's unacceptable to operate the AC only during summer months, with the result that on a warm spring day the temperature in the room gets unpleasantly high. We arrived in Trier without reservation in July 2006 after a long day of travel in unusual summer heat. Our rooms were basic but clean, comfortable and cool.
