We just spent one night at this hotel, but it was perfect for sleeping - we closed the shutters to black out, the bed was comfortable and got the best night's sleep of our 10-day vacation. The hotel is a very walkable location just uphill from the old city, the staff was friendly, the room was clean! All I needed.

We stayed just one night driving from UK. The room we had at Am Triller was very good, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was expensive, as was breakfast, but there are many places to eat and drink in Saarbrucken town - look out for the bar under the Rathaus with enchanting Breugel inspired stained glass.

Stayed there for the first time. Liked it a lot. My room No. 711 (hope i remember correctly) had a fantastic view over downtown and the river. Walking distance to the city center. A lot of stairs on the way back to the hotel. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Will come back in the future,

Hotel was booked through my client, i was pleased with the design hotel room, because it was a very fresh looking design, but still comfortable. Free wifi and reasonably fast very good. We stayed in one of the junior suites, I found the room far less 'quirky' than the reception area, which is full of ceramic painted frogs !. Great hotel regardless, easy to find, well located for the city centre, thought the room was great (shame no kettle though) and would certainly recommend staying here if visiting Saarbrucken.
