I stayed here for one night, despite arriving late I was able to have dinner and was served with a smile. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful too. Again, very friendly service. Only the internet is poor - you need to pay - very 2012! Needs to improve.

In this day and age Internet access should be free and freely available. In my last 11 days in Germany, in various hotels, Mercure was the only one which charged for internet in the room. Shape up guys,

Mercure is a decent hotel that serves basic travellers´ needs: the rooms are equipped well enough, the beds are comfortable and its clean. There were no surprises, neither positve nor negative.
