Einkehr was recommended to my mom and me through a friend. We stayed for 3 nights, and had a great time at this small Pension (which is a B&B in German).
The rooms are small but very cute and comfy, most have recently been fully renovated. The area is very quiet, and even though there is a school right next to Einkehr, one is (and should be) gone to see the sights during the day and does not hear school noise therefore.
Breakfast can be booked extra, and is standard European Continental with plenty of fresh "Broetchen", preserves, coffee, etc.
During warm days or eves one can hang out and sit on the front patio and have a beer from the bar - often joined by the owners and managers themselves. The latter are very social and friendly, and make you feel like part of the family.
Einkehr is about a 15 min. walk to the main train station in Dresden, and from there another 5 min. walk to the Prager Strasse. The Altstadt (old town) with all its sights can... more
