The Ibis Lilienstein at Prager Strasse 13 in Dresden is well located on the main street between the railway station and the major historical sites. Many eating places and several large shopping areas are right beside the hotel. But the hotel is overpriced for what you get. This is a super clean and nicely renovated IBIS. The breakfast buffet is the best, but not cheap at 10 euro.
