Located in Old town, surrounded by cafe's and few bakeries. Found hostel to be clean. Good size common area & kitchen. Wi-fi works great. Dorms ate clean & good facilities. Short Walk to new town. Would stay again.

The Mondpalast hostel was really well located, in a nice neighborhood full of pubs, restaurants, shops... and not so far from the main touristic atractions at Dresde. My kids loved this place. It was right in the middle of Dresden's pub district. I can't really describe this place/think psycadelic hippies meet primary color funk.
