The Gode Wind Hotel seems pleasant enough from the outside. Once within its walls one is confronted with a landlady from hell. She demands payment up front, accepts no credit cards and hands out a hand written receipt on a shoddy piece of paper. The landlady was unfriendly from the start and things didn't get better. We had to pay cash in advance, which I found strange. The room itself was OK (if you like kitsch), and clean.
