The Basic Hotel City is very close to the city centre, and although it is a bit run-down, and there's no elevator, I was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was more than ok, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a cup of tea one night, and they happily provided a kettle, tea bags etc....
