We enjoyed our Easter weekend in the Mercure hotel. Very well located in the city center with access to the historic monuments and shopping district. Nice attention from the staff on Easter Day. Hotel was light and clean with good parking facility.

Stayed only one night in Erfurt, Accor hotels do not disappoint! Thank you for allowing pets at only a nominal rate. Rooms clean with a nice sized shower and bath. Beautiful city with a great Christmas market!

The room 214 was the biggest but it was directly above the garage entrance and the temporary storage for the rubbish bins. The noise during the night was just about bearable. Everything worked for us at this hotel. The location, the service. Breakfast was excellent and extremely good value. Free w- fi in various locations in the foyer with printer. Wi-fi in the rooms at a nominal extra cost.

Nice place with inexpensive rooms..good view and located in close proximity to the station and city centre..breakfast was good and had options to choose from..as with any hotel in germany wifi is expensive..rooms were spacious and functional..no variety in minibar though

Nice location near to Wenigermarkt where you can find a couple of really good restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is not the most exclusive one, but nicely nestled into the historic part of town. Fantastic value right in the centre of Erfurt. Great, clean rooms and friendly staff. Wi-fi will set you back 3 euro for 24hrs. Erfurt is a little gem and this hotel will find you right in the thick of things. Nice 10 min walk from the station and easy to find
