I stayed in the AM Torreluz for three nights with my two children. On arriving the hotel has an attractive marble lobby, stylish, and clean. Our room was dark and cold and had one window built into the wall just above the cealing - about six feet long by about one foot wide which didn't help.

The morning after arriving we went to the beach. My daughter, aged none, stood on some sort of stinging fish and had eight small spikes sticking out of the sole of her foot. She was quite distressed. I rang the hotel from my mobile and told them we had an accident on the beach and that we would like a taxi to take us to E+R. The receptionist told me that he would not send a taxi to the beach to pick us up and that we could walk back to the hotel to get one - the hotel was a minimum of 30 minutes away and my daughter couldn't stand on her foot. Eventually aSpanish speaking Romanian couple came to our aid and helped us get a taxi to the hospital.
